Day wise Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 : Cochin arrival to Munnar

• Pick up from Cochin Airport / Railway station and Proceed to Munnar 4 Hrs Drive.
• Visit Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls
• Visit Spice Plantation on the way.
• Reach Munnar and Check in to The Hotel.Rest for the day at the hotel.

Day 2 : Munnar Full Day Sightseeing

• Today after delicious breakfast Proceed to full day Munnar Sightseeing
• Suggest starting at 9 am for sightseeing .
• Proceed to Eravikulam National park followed by Tea Museum, 2nd mile view point ,The Putthamedu View point and Botanical Garden.  Blossom Hyde park, Mattuppetty dam, Echo point, Kundale Lake, Photo point,

Day 3 : Munnar to Thekkady

• After breakfast Check out the hotel nd Proceed to Thekkedey
• Suggest to start by 9am as Munnar to Thekkady will take 3-4 hours.
• On reaching Thekkady, you may go for Periyar boating to see the Periyar wild life sanctuary (Tickets can be booked in advance or at the counter).
• In the evening, you can go for optional activities like Jeep safari, Kathakali, Kalairipattu,Elephant ride, Elephant bath, and Ayurveda massages.
• All the activities have separate entrance fees.

Day 4 : Thekkady to Alleppey (Houseboat Stay )

• Today after Breakfast Check-out he Hotel Proceed to Alleppey
• Suggest to start by 8:30 am as Thekkady to Alleppey will take 4 hours.
• Drive to Alleppey and Check-in to Houseboat at 12:30 Noon.
• Relax in The Houseboat and Enjoy The Scenic Beauty of Backwater . Enjoy the View of Coconut trees, Village Life, Fishermen Fishing, Bridges  .Boat will cruise till 5:30 pm.
• The boat will be anchored till the next day morning, with a 1-hour cruise in the morning for check out at 9 am.
• In the houseboat, you will be greeted with a welcome drink, tea, snacks, drinking water, lunch, dinner, and breakfast.

Day 5 : Alleppey to Kovalam  Via Jatayu Earth Center

After break fast Check out the Houseboat and proceed to Trivandrum .

• Suggest to start by 8:30 am as Thekkady to Kovalm will take 5-6 hours.
• Visit Jatay Earth Center /Jatayu Sculpture (by Ropeway )
• Later Evening Arrive at Kovalam  Hotel , Check in the hotel, fresh up & Visit Hawa beach, Lighthouse beach, Samudra Beach .Enjoy your evening with spectacular views of sunset on the  Kovalam beach
• Visit beach side market for shopping
• .Return to Hotel over night stay in kovalam.

Day 06 :  Poovar Island & Azhimala Shiva temple  (25Km/40 Mnt )

After break fast Check out the Houseboat and proceed to Trivandrum .

• Suggest to start by 9:00 am -Trivandrum – Kanyakumari will take 2  hours.
• Today  after breakfast proceed to  Poovar island- where a lake, river, sea and beach meet. Enjoy the unique experience of Boating in the backwater ( Own Cost )through fascinating Mangroves  while watching the birds ,Stroll on the Sandy Poovar Beach Where Lake-Sea-River meet.Later you can  visit the Azhimala Shiva temple located near the  Sea coast of Azhimala .The temple is noted for its  58-ft-tall statue of Lord Shiva in the Gangadhareswara form. The massive structure with Shiva’s hair flowing in the wind and holding Goddess Ganga has a charm of its own and lends a magnificent appeal to the temple. The sculpture was created by a 29-year-old artist P. S. Devadathan who is a native of Azhimala.     

Return to kovalam Hotel . overnight stay in kovalam.

Day 07 :  Trivandrum Local Sightseeing & Airport/Railway station Drop

After break fast  Check out the Hotel and proceed to  Visit Trivandrum Sightseeng .

• Suggest to start by 8:00 am
• Visit the Shri Padmanabh swami Temple. (Temple timing – 4 AM to 11 AM and 3:30 PM to 7 PM/ Time can change day wise ) ( Dhoti for Men & Saree OR Traditional  for women allowed
• Later Visit Nepeir Meuseum, Chitra Art Gallary. Trivandrum Zoo Etc

.Later You will be dropped at Traivandrun Railway statin /Airport
